The role made famous by Tommy Steele comes to London's Noel Coward Theatre from 29 October after rave reviews and a sell–out run in Chichester. Based on H.G. Wells's 1905 novel 'Kipps', this new stage version of HALF A SIXPENCE is a fresh and updated adaptation brought together by Julian Fellowes (writer creator of Downton Abbey) with George Stiles and Anthony Drewe (Mary Poppins), featuring many of the original songs by David Heneker including 'Flash Bang Wallop', 'Money To Burn' and 'Half A Sixpence'.
